2. Data processed

This site processes technical data required for operation (technical logs, language/theme settings, consent preferences), data voluntarily submitted through contact forms, and, if you use the bug report button, the data included in the email sent via your mail client.

In the "Report Bug" flow, the subject is prefilled with: local date/time, detected device and active site language.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Legal bases include: performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for contact-form requests; compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)); legitimate interest for security, service continuity and technical handling of reports (Art. 6(1)(f)); consent for non-essential cookies/analytics (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Retention

Consent, theme and language preferences are stored in the browser (localStorage) until revoked/changed or browser data deletion. Data submitted via forms/email is retained for the time needed to handle the request and related administrative/technical follow-up. Analytics data, when enabled, follows the retention settings configured in the controller's Google Analytics account.

5. Recipients

Data may be processed by technical providers for hosting/infrastructure and application services (e.g. Vercel, Supabase), by the email provider used for communications and, if analytics is enabled, by Google Analytics. Providers act as processors or independent controllers according to their role.

6. Non-EEA transfers

If analytics is enabled, some data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (e.g. to Google LLC in the United States). Such transfers are handled in accordance with GDPR Chapter V, using the provider's applicable contractual safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses). You can avoid this processing by keeping analytics cookies disabled.

7. Data subject rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and consent withdrawal by contacting the controller. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

8. Minors

This site is not intended for users under 14 and does not knowingly collect minors' data.

This notice may be updated. The latest update date is shown at the top.
